Behind-the-Scenes with Whole Hart Impact
Here are more details about our engagement. Our whole objective would be to extract and deliver what makes your organization unique -- what makes your enterprise 'human.' To illustrate it all, I've put together a detailed analogy comparing an organization to the human body. I hope it resonates with you.
Strategize Your Business
Build the key components of your organization
-
🫀CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM (Marketing, Sales, and Fulfillment)
This is where we 'build' the lifeblood of your enterprise -- your cardiovascular system. We will answer six main questions in a high-level of detail:- Start with the heart: WHY do you want to make an impact?
- Chamber 1: WHO do you want to make an impact on?
- Chamber 2: WHAT is the product or service used to make an impact?
- Chamber 3: WHERE are you and WHERE is your audience?
- Chamber 4: WHEN will your audience interact with you?
- Veins & Arteries: HOW will you make your impact?
-
🫁 RESPIRATORY SYSTEM (People)
The respiratory system involves the air you breathe and how to breathe. This includes the people within your organization. The analogy goes as follows:- Create your lungs: Lay the foundation for your culture
- Learn how to breathe: Gain business structure clarity
- Improve the air quality: Implement a robust hiring process
- Control your breathing: Give your employees clarity and certainty in their roles.
-
👄 DIGESTIVE SYSTEM (Personal Development and Training)
What we consume determines the energy we have. It determines how we feel, how we look, and ultimately how we perform. This section focuses on creating personal development plans for every employee. I have a recommendation on a structure that works well for many organizations; however, if you have your own preference let's get it incorporated. The analogy here -- let's ensure we are feeding our mind and body all 13 essential vitamins. -
🚽 URINARY SYSTEM (Push-up or Push-out)
This is the part of the business where we get rid of waste. We need a process to identify and help under-performers. In addition, there will come a time when you need to off-board employees. Gaining clarity in this area now will help tremendously when the time for difficult conversations arise.
Systemize Your Busyness
Turn your enterprise into a well-oiled machine
-
🧬 ORGAN SYSTEM (Software)
This is where I will take a close look at the software you use and make recommendations on software to add and/or remove. Just like we can live without some of our organs, your organization might be able to alleviate some pain by removing some software.
-
💪🏼 MUSCULOSKELETAL SYSTEM (Biz Ops)
This is where we establish structure within your organization. I will put a strong emphasis on: developing a communication hierarchy, coming up with meeting best practices, how to get more out of your project management software, recommendations on document and data storage, plus any support with financial and general dashboard reporting.
-
🧠 NERVOUS SYSTEM (Automation)
This is where we get everything talking together. Just like the nervous system communicates without our realization, I will implement automation both within software and using third party tools such as Zapier. Automation will help ensure consistency, reduce errors, and allow more time to be spent serving your customers/clients.
Humanize Your Experience
Develop your organization's body into a superstar athlete with marketing campaigns
-
🏃 EXERCISE (plan the campaign)
We are still scrawny at this stage. Our body has just been put together. It's time to ease into some exercise. This is where we plan the marketing campaign. We will confirm important pieces from the evergreen marketing strategy guide have been populated. In addition, we will determine success metrics for the campaign.
-
🏋️ TRAIN (prepare the campaign)
Now that we have a good base, it's time to get more serious than casual exercise and start training. This is where we prepare the materials for the marketing campaign such as email sequences, referral content, web pages, etc.
-
🤼 COMPETE (execute the campaign)
We've done all the prep work and now it's time to go out there and compete. This is where we execute the marketing campaign in five phases:
1. Tease phase
2. VIP launch phase
3. Audience launch phase
4. Public launch phase
5. Post launch phase
-
🚿 RINSE and REPEAT (review the campaign)
This is where we clean ourselves off after the competition (campaign). We determine how we did, what went well, what did we learn, and how can we apply our learnings.
